ABDA's existing CRM system couldn't keep pace with their evolving needs. In 2022 Nimbus Tech was introduced to ABDA through a Salesforce Account Executive, recognizing Nimbus Tech's roots and expertise in nonprofit Salesforce solutions. ABDA's wishlist included efficient donation and recurring transaction management, streamlined case handling, volunteer management, and a website overhaul.

Solution 1: Nonprofit Success Pack and Volunteers for Salesforce Implementations for Fundraising and Volunteer Management

Nimbus Tech's team migrated ABDA's data from their outdated CRM to Salesforce and personalized the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) packages. This enabled ABDA to manage and analyze constituent relationships and fundraising efforts effectively. A custom interface was crafted for volunteer management, allowing ABDA to efficiently handle cases, client requests, and inquiries.

Solution 2: Integration Mastery for Seamless Operations

The Nimbus Tech team integrated Give Lively with Salesforce to ensure connected data for fundraising, membership registration, payment capture, event management, and merchandise orders. Additionally, a GoToWebinar integration was implemented, syncing registrant and attendee data with Salesforce campaigns for targeted marketing efforts.

Solution 3: Web Presence Reinvented

Nimbus Tech went beyond Salesforce, revamping ABDA's website using Webflow. The redesigned website emphasized a more youthful, modern feel, user engagement, and provided quick access to essential resources through new webforms for contact, volunteer registration, and medical literature requests.
